counsel for the applicant that the applicant is a family man, having a six year old child, which needs to be looked after.
“The applicant is ordered to be released on bail in the sum of Rs.30,000/- with one surety in the like amount on the condition that the applicant shall report to Pen Police Station every day for a period of two weeks and, thereafter on every Monday till the disposal of the case against him.
The applicant shall also attend Uran Police Station and make himself available for investigation and interrogation as may be required by the Investigating officer”.
