Heard learned counsel for the parties. On the last date of

hearing, this Court after hearing the counsel for parties, was inclined to grant bail to the applicant. However, the Court wanted the applicant to furnish adequate proof as to his occupation as agriculturist and about his fixed residence in support of his statement made in the application. Learned counsel for the applicant under pursis dated 27.3.2012 has furnished copies of 7/12 extract; record of right; tax receipt and ration card showing that applicant is agriculturist and is permanent resident of Bhanos,

Tahsil Patur, District Akola. Learned APP does not dispute the documents furnished by the applicant.

Crime No. 96/2011 registered with Police Station, Patur, District Akola for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 394 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code upon his furnishing PR Bond in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- with two or more sureties in the like amount provided further that the applicant shall not tamper with prosecution evidence; he shall not commit any crime while on bail and that he will supply his fixed address along with telephone /cellphone number, if any, to the Investigating Officer as also the Investigating Officer concerned and shall communicate change therein, if any, in future. Application disposed of accordingly. Hamdast granted.
