By this application, the applicant prays for an early hearing of this Criminal Application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
It appears that this criminal application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure was admitted by this court by order dated 17th of January, 2012. By an order passed by the learned Single Judge in Criminal Application No.241 of 2011 it was directed to be placed for final hearing in the week commencing from 21st February, 2012. In that background, therefore, a request is made for an early hearing of Criminal Application No.241 of 2011.
We have heard learned counsel for the parties and in the light of the facts stated above, we allow this application and direct

that Criminal Application No.241 of 2011 be placed for final hearing in the week commencing from 15th of October, 2012.
