1.Heard both sides. Perused the case-diary.

2.Applicants have been named as accused in Crime No.
I-11/12 of Police Station Kotwali, District Ahmednagar, under

Sections 307, 323, 504, 506, 427 of I.P.C.

3.Perusal of the injury certificates revealed three
injuries to victim Anil, out of which two injuries are of 3
c.m. long on his left neck and cheek and two injuries to
victim Mayuresh which are of 4 c.m. long on his forehead and
cheek. All injuries are simple and are superficial in nature.

Therefore, applicability of Section 307 of I.P.C. would come
into doubt.

4.In the result, applicants are entitled for the

relief sought for.

5.Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause
‘B’. Applicants shall furnish personal bond and surety bond
in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each.
