.Heard the learned counsel for the
applicant.
2.This is an application for transfer of
Special Case (M.P.I.D.) No.5 of 2002 & Special
Case (M.P.I.D.) No.3 of 2002 from the Sessions
Courts at Pune & Thane respectively to the Court
of Sessions, Mumbai where another case against
the applicants is pending. The applicants seem
to be in charge of one Shariah Islamic Finance &
Investment Company(India) Ltd., who had duped

investors at various places and an offence was
registered on 25th October, 2010 which has led
to registration of C.R.No.100 of 2000 at EOW,
CB, CID, Mumbai on a complaint of Ansari Mohd.
Sadiq S/o. Bashir at EOW, CB, CID, Mumbai. An
offence was registered at Juna Rajwada Police
Station, Kolhapur on 6th December, 2000 which
has led to registration of FIR No.125 of 2000 on
a complaint of one Mehboob Babumiyan Mukhakhan &
an offence was registered on 18th April, 2001
which has led to registration of FIR No.49 of
2001 at Chiplun Police Station, District
Ratnagiri on a complaint of one Sayyed Mohd.
Gaus Qadri, who had also been duped by the
applicants at Chiplun. There is no reason why
all these offences should be tried together. No
case for transfer is made out. Criminal
Application stands rejected.
