Baburao Devkate, whose Criminal Application No. 1025 of 2012
has been allowed by this Court vide order dated 7th March,
2012. On the ground of parity, present applicant is entitled
for the relief sought.

clause ‘B’. Applicant shall furnish personal bond and surety
bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand).
