By this application, the applicant/original accused no. 1 seeks suspension of the substantive sentence of imprisonment and her enlargement on bail pending the decision of the appeal.
After arguing for sometime, Mr. Y.B. Mandpe, learned Counsel for the applicant/appellant, seeks leave to withdraw this application. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
However, we find that the applicant no.1 is a lady, who is said to be in jail since March, 2010. In that light of the matter, therefore, we direct the Registry to ensure that the paper-book is prepared within four weeks from today and further direct the Registry to list the appeal for final hearing

The application is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid directions.
