for suspension.�In fact, the prayer is for
grant of temporary bail.
2.The ground put forward is marriage of cousin of

3.We find that the ground is not adequate for even
temporary bail, in the background that prayer for
suspension is already rejected.
4. We, therefore, dismiss this application.
