Since the learned Single Judge has fixed the matter on 21 March 2012 for reply, these appeals are not entertained on that ground alone with an observation that question of grant of interim relief in the Arbitration Petition as well as question of maintainability of the Arbitration Petition, which the aggrieved party seeks to raise, may be decided one way or the other as expeditiously as possible and preferably by 30 March 2012.
