. The prayer in this application is for quashing the offence registered against the Applicant. The learned APP on instructions states that on completion of investigation, a charge sheet has been filed on 6^th April, 2011. We accept the statement. In view of the said statement, now statutory remedy is available to the Applicant before the appropriate Court. Hence, we dispose of the Application by keeping open the statutory remedy of the Applicant. All contentions of the Applicant on merits are kept open. If application for discharge is made by the Applicant, the same shall be expeditiously decided on merits in accordance with law.
