There is nothing new to add to the gravity of applicants' complicity in the crime. The interim order dated 17th October, 2012 is, therefore, confirmed with the following additional condition:-
i) The order shall remain in force till the trial is over with the only stipulation that if chargesheeted the applicant may furnish fresh bonds before the trial Court in view of the judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in case of Siddharam Satlingappa Mhetre -vs- State of Maharashtra and ors, reported in A.I.R. 2011 SC 312.
