- Mr.Saurastri, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of
the plaintiff tenders an affidavit dated 4.7.2011 of Mr.Jaifalkar, of the plaintiff containing his examination-in-chief. The witness has reiterated, confirmed and adopted what is stated therein and stated the contents thereof to be true. He has also tendered the documents in evidence.
