2] The petitioner has approached this court being aggrieved by non declaration of result by respondent No.3 of his appearance in the D.Ed. examination, on the ground of non submission of validity certificate.
3] The petitioner is admitted to D.Ed. course, against a seat reserved for scheduled tribe . It is not in the hands of the petitioner as to within how much period the respondent No.2 committee should decide his claim. The petitioner cannot be penalized on account of inaction on the part of the scrutiny committee, in deciding the claim of the petitioner.

4] In that view of the matter, Rule is made absolute in the following terms.
a} The respondent No.3 is directed to declare the result of the petitioner within 4 weeks from today.
b} The respondent No.2 is directed to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case within six months from today.
