The Revision filed by the petitioner is pending with the Divisional Joint Registrar, Nashik Division, Nashik. By Order dated 02/12/2011, the petitioner was given opportunity to file appropriate application before the Divisional Joint Registrar, Nashik Division, Nashik in the pending Revision and the authority was directed to decide the said application on its own merits.

Mr. Hon, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in spite of the fact that application was given immediately, no decision has been taken.

Mr. R.P.Phatake, the learned Assistant Govt. Pleader submits that the Divisional Joint Registrar, Nashik Division, Nashik has kept the matter on 20/12/2011 for hearing.

In view of the above, I am not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition. The Divisional Joint Registrar, Nashik Division, Nashik shall decide the said proceedings/application filed by the petitioner on the said date. The petitioner is at liberty to move appropriate application before the District Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Jalgaon. The District Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Jalgaon shall decide the said application on its own merits.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of with aforesaid observations. No costs.
