This Petition is for enforcing an order passed by the
revisional authority on 10 July 2009 under Section 35EE of the Central Excise Act, 1944. The order of the revisional authority has been set aside in Writ Petition 10375 of 2010. In view of this position which is not in dispute, the present Petition which seeks enforcement of an order which has been set aside, would not survive. The Petition is accordingly dismissed.
