“The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition. Permission granted. Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn.”

As liberty has not been granted to the Petitioner to reapproach this court, present petition for the same relief cannot be entertained. It is rejected.
