Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner did not submit his caste validity certificate nor did he file reply to the show cause notice. He says that Petitioner has good reasons for not submitting caste validity certificate as demanded by the said show cause notice. Keeping that in view and considering that till this date Respondent no.2 has not taken any action against the Petitioner in pursuance of the show cause notice dated 6th August, 2011, we are satisfied this Petition can be conveniently disposed of by the following order:
a) The Petitioner to file his reply to the show cause notice within a period of 10 days from today.
b) Respondent no.2 shall consider the reply and decide the show
cause notice within a period of four weeks therefrom on merits in accordance with law.
c) With these observations, Writ Petition is disposed of.
d) All contentions of the parties are kept open.
