shall decide the Representation as directed by the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No.8776/2011 and say given by the present petitioner to the show cause notice simultaneously. This Court vide order dated 28.10.2011 had directed the Collector, Aurangabad “not to take any coercive action on the notice served on the petitioner. Same protection is continued till the decision is taken on the show cause notice. Rule is made absolute in above terms. No costs.
