Heard Advocate Shri G.S. Lahoti for petitioner, Advocate Shri B.G. Kulkarni for respondent no.1 and Advocate Shri N. Lalwani for respondent no.2.

We find that University has called upon the petitioner to complete the process for correction of her roll number on answer sheets on 12.1.2011. Because of some confusion, the necessary steps have not been taken by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner will report to Assistant Registrar (Revaluation) on Tuesday 12.7.2011 at 11 a.m. and attempt to comply with the communication dated 12.1.2011. Advocate Shri Kulkarni for respondent no.1 states that if such compliance is done and necessary fees are paid within one week, appropriate decision about the correction in roll number will be taken and if roll number is corrected, the photo stat copies of the answer sheets will be provided to the petitioner within further period of two

weeks. He further states that after receipt of photo stat copies of the answer sheets, petitioner is free to take appropriate steps for revaluation if she finds it necessary.

In view of these statements by learned counsel for respondent no.1 and the facts pointed out to us, we find that grievance of the petitioner is sufficiently redressed at least at this stage. Hence with liberty to the petitioner to approach again in case cause of action arises, present writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
