Perused petition.
2] This matter was heard by us at length. After having heard the petitioner appearing in person, she filed a purshis dated 6th January, 2011 under her signature. The same is taken on record and marked as “X” for identification. In the purshis, the petitioner sought permission to withdraw this petition with a liberty to challenge the order dated 13th May, 2010 passed by the Hon’ble Minister for Co-operation. She further submits that

in the event she files the Petition, it should be clubbed along with Writ Petition No.6178 of 2010 filed by the respondent no.1.
3] In view of the above, the petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty in favour of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 13th May, 2010 passed by the Hon’ble Minister for Co-operation. All contentions in that behalf are kept open. Needless to mention that after filing the petition, the petitioner will be at liberty to make an appropriate prayer before the learned Single Judge to club her petition with Writ Petition No.6178 of 2010.
