Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking following relief:

“(a) this Hon’ble Court be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus and a Writ in the nature of Mandamus and/or any other appropriate Writ, Order and/or Direction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India directing the Respondents to consider the representation of the Petitioner on the ground of permanent deformity.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will be satisfied if the directions are given to the Chief Executive Officer to consider his representation dated 21st July, 2011 Exhibit “E” alongwith letter dated 3.6.2011 Exhibit “D”. Mr.Rane, learned counsel for the respondents submits that they will consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders

expeditiously. Having considered the submissions of learned counsel for the parties this petition can be conveniently disposed of by the following order:

Respondent No.1 to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 27.7.2011 Exhibit “E” alongwith letter dated 3.6.2011 Exhibit “D” as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order. The petitioner to communicate this order to respondent no.1 within a period of two weeks from today. While passing this order we shall not be understood to have expressed any opinion on merits of the case.

With these observations the writ petition is disposed of.
