Heard the Learned Advocates appearing for the parties. By consent of the parties, the following order is passed :-
(1) The order dated 26th November 2010 impugned in the present Writ Petition is set aside.
(2) The Regional Provident Fund Commissioner-I, Regional Office, Mumbai-III shall hear the parties on or before 10th January 2012 and pass orders on or before 20th January 2012. In the event of the order being adverse to the Petitioners, the same shall not come into effect for a period of four weeks from the date of its communication to the Petitioners.
(3) All contentions of the parties are kept open including the contention of the Petitioners that the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner-I, Regional Office, Mumbai-III, has no locus to hear the matter.
