2 By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, Petitioner is seeking direction against the respondent to pass final judgment in Application (ICTU) No. 4 of 2009 and Application (ICTU) No.5 of 2009 which were heard together.

3 The learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner states that the learned Member who heard both the applications has been transferred to Nashik court. Therefore, there is no question of directing the respondent to pass final order in both these applications. It is but natural that both these applications can be decided by the present presiding officer of the Industrial Court.
4 In view of these facts, there is no substance in the present writ petition, hence dismissed.
