Petitioners, the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.1 to 3 and the learned AGP appearing for the Respondent Nos.5 and 6.

The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners states that he is not pressing the prayer clause (a) and he is pressing for the prayer clause (b). The learned counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.1 to 3 has placed on record a letter dated 23^rd September, 2011 addressed to him by the said Respondents. It is stated in the said letter

that the Bank of the Respondent Nos.1 to 3 was always ready and willing to supply the information regarding individual accounts of the Petitioners in accordance with Section 32 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. The learned counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.1 to 3 states that the said Respondents shall supply information as per Section 32 of the said Act in respect of the individual accounts of the Petitioners provided the requisite charges are paid by the Petitioners.

The letter dated 23^rd September, 2011 is taken on record. The aforesaid statements of the Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 are accepted.

In view of the aforesaid statements, it is not necessary to issue any order in terms of the prayer clause (b).

By accepting the statements of the Respondent Nos.1 to 3, the Petition is disposed of.
