Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondents.
The writ petition is directed against the communication dated 31/01/2011 issued to the petitioner by Building Engineer (South), Nagpur Improvement Trust, Nagpur, whereby the petitioner is informed that regularization of the plot in question was kept pending temporarily till the decision on the complaint received against the process of the regularization of the plot of the petitioner is taken and the petitioner was informed not to make demarcation, development and construction of any nature on the said plot. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though the Nagpur Improvement Trust in the

affidavit dated 16/9/2011 filed in this petition, has stated that the enquiry in respect of the complaint would be completed within a period of eight weeks from 16/9/2011, however, till this date the decision has not been taken in this regard.
Mr.Mishra, learned counsel for Nagpur Improvement Trust, states that the enquiry shall be completed within a period of four weeks from today, if not completed earlier, and appropriate decision in this regard would be taken.
In view of the above referred statement made by Shri S.K.Mishra, learned counsel for the N.I.T., nothing further requires to be done at this stage in this petition. The same is disposed of accordingly.
