1] The petitioner was appointed on compassionate ground on the condition that he would acquire certain qualification/eligibility within a period of two years.

2] Since the petitioner did not acquire the qualification within a period of two years, his services were terminated. Being aggrieved thereby, the petitioner approached the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. The learned Tribunal has rejected the original application filed by the petitioner. Hence, the present petition.

3] Shri Sakolkar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has now acquired the necessary qualification. He , therefore, prays that the respondents be directed to consider the representations filed by the petitioner on
