Heard the Learned Advocates appearing for the parties and the following order is passed :-
(i) The Petitioner without prejudice to his rights and contentions undertakes to deposit an amount of Rs. 99,307/- with the society within a period of two weeks from today.
(ii) The Petitioner shall file Revision Application under section 154(2) of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960, impugning the order dated 2nd May 2011 within a period of four weeks from today.
(iii) Upon filing of the Revision Application by the Petitioner, the Revisional Authority shall decide the Application within a period of eight weeks from the date of its filing.
(iv) Upon the Petitioner depositing the amount set out in clause (i) above, the recovery proceedings shall remain stayed until the Revision Application is decided.
