Heard the Learned Advocates appearing for the parties and the following order is passed :-

(i) The Appeal/Application Nos. 333 of 2011 and 343 of 2011 filed by the Petitioners before the High Power Committee shall be disposed of by the High Power Committee on or before 31^st January 2012.

(ii) In the event of the order of the High Power Committee being adverse to the Petitioners, the Petitioners shall be entitled to challenge the said order and also the order impugned in the present Writ Petition and no coercive action shall be taken against the Petitioners for a period of two weeks from the date they are served

with the order passed by the High Power Committee.

(iii) The present Writ Petition is therefore disposed of without considering the same on merits.

(iv) Parties to act on a ordinary copy of this order duly authenticated by the Associate of this Court. A copy of this order shall be forthwith served on the Office of the High Power Committee by the Advocate for the Petitioners.
