During the course of the hearing of the Petition which is directed against an interlocutory order of the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners has placed on the record a copy of the order of the Supreme Court dated 18 March 2011 in Writ Petition (Civil) 108 of 2011. By that order, the Supreme Court has restrained the Respondents from proceeding under the provisions of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 in so far as the Petitioners are concerned, while issuing notice. Having regard to the interlocutory order passed by the Supreme Court, Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners does not press the Petition at this stage,

but seeks liberty to adopt appropriate proceedings in the event that it becomes necessary to do so at a subsequent stage. The Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with liberty reserved as prayed.
