The respondent no.2 (CIDCO) is hereby directed to decide the application of the petitioner dated 24.12.2010, if not decided earlier, in accordance with law and the procedure applicable in this behalf, on its own merits within a period of three months. It is made clear that we have not adjudicated upon as to whether the petitioner is entitled for grant of N.O.C. pertaining to 100% additional F.S.I. for development and it is for
the respondent no.2 to consider the same on its own merits and in accordance with law.
