before the learned Metropolitan Magistrates was in terms of investigation under Section 156 (3) of Cr.P.C. However, the learned Judge did not find merit in the said contention. Consequently, rejected the same. It is a matter of record, said order of rejection is not question. Subsequently, the learned Judge directed inquiry in the matter and verification statement of the Complainant was recorded in tune of Section 200 of Cr.P.C. Submissions were heard and having gone through the record and the submissions, the learned Judge did not find merit in the complaint and it was dismissed in terms of Section 203 of Cr.P.C.
