The following order is passed by consent of the parties :
(1) The Petitioner shall pay an amount of Rs. 3 lacs to the Respondent on or before 30th November 2011 in full and final settlement of the claim of the Petitioner against the Respondent, save and except the claim of the Respondent against the Petitioner as regards payment of gratuity.
(2) Mr. Hiralal B. Jagiasi, Chief Accountant of the Petitioner Company states that if the Petitioner is entitled to gratuity in law, than the Petitioner Company shall pay the same to the Respondent within a period of 12 weeks from today. The statement is accepted.
(3) Save and except what is agreed herein, the parties shall have no claim against one another.
