that diary sought to be sent to the
hand writing expert is not original,
but in the form of photostat copy
and the handwriting expert would not
be in a position to examine and
compare the admitted signature or
handwriting, with disputed writings.

3.At this stage of the matter,
this Court need not opine about the
difficulties that could be faced by
expert or the Handwriting Expert.
It is for the authority concerned to
examine photostat and to report to
the Court about its inability if
any. No merit in the Application.
