out whether there is any prima facie case in the Appeal so that the Application for condonation of delay can be considered on merits, we have heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant.

2 We find that an order of coverage was made by the original authority that was challenged in Appeal. The appellate order is well

reasoned order. In substance what is stated by the Appellate Authority is that the order of coverage was made by the Authority after carrying out the detailed inspection of the record maintained by the Appellant. Before the Appellate Authority the Appellant could not produce any material to show that what was observed by the original authority was wrong.

3 The learned single Judge after perusing the record has declined to interfere with the Appellate order. We do not find any substance in the Appeal. No useful purpose will be served by condoning the delay. Civil Application as well as the Appeal are disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
