the Petitioner brought to the notice of
this Court that Advocate on record Mr.

matter may be adjourned. However, looking
to the prayers in the Contempt Petition,
it is not necessary to grant adjournment.
Hence, the request for adjournment is
rejected.

2. This Contempt Petition alleges
disobedience of the order dated 14th
March, 2011 passed by the Division Bench
of this Court. From the perusal of the
order, it clearly appears that the
Petitioner prayed for withdrawal of Writ
Petition No.1696 of 2011 with liberty to
prosecute alternate remedies available in
law for redressal of his grievance.
Accordingly, the Division Bench has
disposed of the said Writ Petition. In my
opinion, there is no any direction to the
Respondents for compliance. In that view
of the matter, Contempt Petition stands
dismissed.
