The Learned Advocate appearing for Respondent No. 5 states on instructions from his client who is present in Court that the Respondent No. 5 shall obtain the Occupation Certificate from the Corporation/S.R.A. for the building of the Petitioner No. 1- Society within a period of 9 months from today. The statement is accepted. Respondent No. 5 shall within two weeks from today file his Affidavit, undertaking that he shall obtain the said Occupation Certificate within a period of 9 months from today.
