as a consequence of withdrawal of order dated 10.10.2011, the order dated 4.10.2011, copy of which is at Exhibit “A” shall remain in force. In view of the withdrawal of the order dated 10.10.2011, the Petition has become infructuous and is disposed of as such. The order dated 21.10.2011 made by this Court appointing Administrator is vacated. Civil Application No. 2746/2011 does not survive for consideration and is disposed of accordingly.
