Subhash s/o Rambhau Sawarkar is identified by

Subhash is son of Anusayabai. The application
(C.A.S. 395/11) for compromise is signed by the
learned counsel for the parties so also by the
parties.
Parties are ready to compromise the
dispute arising in S.A. No. 132 of 2008 as per
the terms mentioned in the application.
Having heard learned counsel for the
rival parties and having gone through the terms
of compromise, I am satisfied that compromise
decree deserves to be passed to put an end to

the dispute. Hence, this civil application is
allowed. Second Appeal No. 132/08 is disposed
of in terms of the compromise mentioned in
Civil Application No. 395 of 2011. Compromise
decree be drawn up accordingly.
The compliance required to be made
under the compromise shall be reported to the
Registry by filing acknowledgment/receipt.
