1 It is stated that there are some typographical errors which need to be corrected. The typographical errors are enlisted in paragraph Nos.4 to 7 of the affidavit in support. It is pointed out that the draft scheme of amalgamation had these typographical errors but in the Summons for Directions correct figures are mentioned. In these circumstances and the facts peculiar to this case, these Company Applications are made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b), (c) and (d). No costs.
