Right now the alternate prayer of
permitting the applicant to enter the Thane
District from today (2-5-2011) to 16-5-2011 to
attend the marriage of his nephew is granted on
the condition that the applicant shall inform
the police station concerned while entering as
well as while leaving the Thane District. The
application accordingly stands disposed of with
liberty to apply for relaxation of condition
generally after the vacation.
