The petitioners in both petitions viz. W.P.No. 997/2010 & 1135/2010 have approached this Court for quashing of FIR registered at Ashok Nagar Police Station, Bangalore City, Karnataka, bearing No.0581 (PCR No.148/2010) dated 16.12.2010. It is not necessary for us to examine the issue as to whether any part of cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court. We are inclined to dispose of both the petitions on the sole ground that as of now the names of any of these petitioners do not find place in the above-mentioned FIR. In that sense the petitioners have no locus to file these petitions. Hence, W.P.Nos.997/2010 & 1135/2010

stand disposed of. In view of disposal of both the petitions, the Criminal Application Nos.253/2011 & 254/2011 in the respective petitions stand disposed of.
