1 On 27th January, 2011 notice against the respondent nos.5
to 7 was directed to be issued by publication in Gujarati daily 'Janmabhoomi' and English daily 'Free Press Journal'. The learned counsel for the applicant contends that cost of the publication in Janmabhoomi is Rs.18,000/- and it is beyond financial capacity of the complainant, therefore, he wants permission to publish notice in Navshakti Hindi paper. In view of this, order dated 27th January, 2011 stands modified to the effect that notice against the respondent nos.5 to 7 be served by publication in Hindi Newspaper Navshakti. Returnable date
is extended by eight weeks from today.
