PER COURT :
1. Heard. Owing to absence of the counsel,
Criminal Application No.4872 of 2010 was dismissed on
5th January, 2011. The applicant counsel could not keep
track of the matter, and since the brief was taken by
the client, counsel informed that he has no
instructions in respect of the said matter,
consequently, it was dismissed. Since Mr.Ladda has
explained the situation the dismissal is revived, the
order is recalled, file restored to original position.
2. In Criminal Appeal No.4872 of 2010, learned APP
shall call the papers of investigation and report.
Stand over to 24th February,2011.
