1) Heard.
2) Theaccused/applicantallegedly
collected photographs of deceased, a
sixteen-year-old girl and tried to cause
threats to defame the deceased by aid of
the photographs. Consequent upon such
threats, the deceased immolated herself.
3) The accused was arrested, based on the
FIR for the incident dated 18th January,
2011, on 5th February, 2011. The alleged
photographs were seized during the
course of investigation.
4) The learned APP informs, charge sheet
would be filed within few days as formal
sanction of superior is awaited.
5) Considering the above aspect of the
matter, further custodial interrogation
of the accused/applicant not desirable,
he has no criminal record. Hence order.

6) The accused/applicant be released in Crime No.I-42/2011 registered atPathardi police station, District
Ahmednagar, on furnishing a PR bond and
a surety in the sum of Rs.20,000/-
(Rupees twenty thousand).
7) The applicant/accused after his release
shall attend the Investigator on
alternate Sunday between 3.00 to 6.00
p.m. till charge is framed by the
learned Judge.
