around 1.20 a.m. The role of
accused/applicant Vikas Balasaheb
Khose is that the stolen property was
found with him which he has allegedly
tried to transfer to Sanjay and
received Rs.1,20,000/- against a
bill. Learned A.P.P. is unable to
point any other role of the present
accused/applicant in the matter.

(a)The accused/applicant ( Vikas
s/o Balasaheb Khose) be released on
his furnishing P.R. bond and surety
in the sum of Rs.25,000/- ( Rs.
twenty five thousand).

(b)The accused/applicant, after
release shall attend the investigator
on every alternate Sunday between 4
to 8 p.m. upto 30th Oct.,2011.

(c)Theaccused/applicantshall
attend the trial scrupulously and
shall not influence any of the
