anticipatory bail in C.R. No.32 of 2011 registered
in Wadhona Police Station, Dist-Parbhani for the
offences punishable under Sections 366(A) read
with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The papers of
investigation were made available. Both the sides
are heard.
2.The crime is registered on the basis of
report given by the father of the prosecutrix. He
has made allegations against Ambadas and present
two Applicants that they enticed and took away the
prosecutrix from the lawful custody. Allegations
are made that they had given promise to secure job
to the prosecutrix.
3.Police papers show that police recorded
statement of prosecutrix and medical examination
is already done. The prosecutrix does not know the
present Applicants and she has given statement in
favour of said Ambadas. In view of these
circumstances and the papers of investigation,

this Court holds that anticipatory bail needs to
be granted to the Applicants. The Criminal
Application is allowed. Interim relief granted by
this Court by order dated 18th July, 2011, is
confirmed.
