Heard. In a clash of two groups, the accused/ applicant Janardhan also suffered brutally. He was hospitalised, supported by medical certificate at Page 15 – Exhibit C. His son was arrested, who has been subsequently released. Two persons from rival group were also arrested and released on bail while others were directed to be released on bail in the event of arrest.

Considering the role attributed and in particular, the age of the accused/ applicant to be 60 years old, nothing is to be recovered from him, he is permanent resident of the area, though

the nature of accusations are grave, however, applicant is the sufferer, calls for Bail. The injuries to the persons from the rival group i.e. Devidas or Bansi, at this stage, cannot be attrributable solely to the accused/ applicant, as his son, who probably had played pivotal role, had been arrested and released.

Hence, in the event of arrest of the accused/ applicant in Crime No.I-160/2010, registered at Khultabad Police Station, District Aurangabad, the accused/ applicant be released on his furnishing P.R. bond and surety in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand). The accused/ applicant shall attend the investigator on every alternate day between 4.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. till 31st March 2011. Application allowed.
