in a defunct Credit Cooperative
Society or any other financial
institution was taken. Learned
A.P.P. submits, however, on 2nd
April,2004,aResolution
confirming disbursal of loan of
Rs.10,00,000/- ( Rs. Ten lacs) to
the accused/applicant was passed
and, consequently, loan was
availed by the accused/applicant.

submits that, indeed, such loan was
availed by the accused/applicant and
he had repaid the same on 8.12.2007.
Nothing else is to be recovered from
the accused/applicant. Record is

ORDER
The accused/applicant, in the
event of his arrest, in Crime No.
108/2010, registered at Bhusawal
Bazar Peth Police Station, Jalgaon,
be released on furnishing P.R. bond
and surety in the sum of Rs.15,000/-
( Rs. Fifteen thousand). The
accused/applicant shall attend the
investigator on every Sunday between
12 noon to 2 p.m. till 31st July,
2011. The accused/applicant shall
not influence, induce or pressurize
the witnesses concerned. Application
allowed.
