convicted under the Prevention of Corruption Act. The
Appeal is admitted. The sentence awarded against the
Applicant is suspended. The Applicant has applied for
suspension of conviction itself. The Appeal is in a trap
case. Copies of the papers of the trial Court have been
filed in the application of Appeal taken out by the
Applicant. The original R & P is also received. The
Appeal itself can be heard. The Appeal itself kept on
board for hearing on 23rd June, 2011 at 3 p.m.
