Applicant. The prayers of the Applicant-
Accused for permanent exemption did not
yield result and hence this Application.
2. The learned Judge seized with the matter
is at liberty to entertain the Exemption
Application moved by the Accused-Applicant
whenever his presence is not warranted for
effective hearing as the set of accused are

23 and naturally most of them are abstaining
due to this or that reason in a quite old
matter. The Accused-Applicant shall ensure
presence of his Advocate on the dates fixed
before the learned Judge and shall not seek
adjournment if the witness is under
examination. With above observations,
Application disposed of.
